Hostess (Banquets)

Job Description:

Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of special catch and soups.
Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.
Runs the floor plan board.
Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
Maintains the guest Areas in terms of cleanliness.

Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave to ensure positive dining experience.

Supervises the Banquets Setup and the buffet setup.

Performs other duties as directed.

Minimum Job Experience:

2-3 Years of experience in the same role
