Job Description:

1.Prepare and manage monthly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
2.Build the marketing roadmap
3.Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
4.Design branding, positioning and plan necessary activities to maintain brand image and build brand awareness
5.Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
6.Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
7.Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
8.Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
9.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
10.Manage Website and Estore content and integrations and Collaborate to create landing pages and optimize user experience
11.Manage all brand and business communication.Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase the online sales

Job Expectations:

1.Plan and execute all digital and offline marketing, including SEO, SEM, SMM, Blogs, campaign management, ATL and BTL, PR with inhouse team or agency
2.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
3.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
