Job Description:

Is responsible to lead the Project Management Team and ensure timely execution of Interior Projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Should have Strong project development and management experience in new build and fit out of commercial office/Residential premises with robust understanding of project financing and cashflow.

2.Preparation of Bar charts and weekly monitoring to ensure the exeution of works is on schedule.
3.Quality and process orientation with exposure and experience in implementing quality systems & risk management
4.To interact with Departments and vendors to ensure all requests are being completed satisfactorily.
5.To ensure appropriate analysis of site, inspection and consequences on the design and execution .
6.To look at the quality of interior works, execution as per the drawings, resolving site technical issues.
7.To coordinate with various departments for completion of works as per the per chart approved by the CMD, mostly departments like Design, Execution, MEP, Furniture dept, Factory and also vendor co-ordination.
To cordinate the complete interior finishing works, tiling, water proofing , painting, installation of interior fitouts, false ceiling, landscaping/MEP, ccctv, assess control, project billing etc.,

Job Expectations:

Major skills and accountabilities of position (4-6 major accountabilities)

1.Should have excellent previous experience in execution of Interior Projects

2.Should have strong financial knowledge and ability to work with budgets.

3.Should have good time management /organisational skills and can work under pressure at all times.

Minimum Qualification:

5-6 Years

Minimum Job Experience:

BE Civil, Interior Designer

Reporting to:

PMC Head
