Job Description:

1. Responsible for sourcing CVs as per requirement.

2. Responsible for Screening CVs 

3. Responsible for Scheduling/lining up candidates for interviews.

4. Responsible for Following up the with selected candidates for their date of joining.

5. Responsible for prepairing and releasing Offer letters.

6. Responsible for keeping in touch with candidates till their joining.

7. Responsible for doing joining formalities of new recruits.

8. Responsible for handling employee greivances.

9. Responsible for drafting different types of letter as & when required.

10. Responsible for executing responsibilities as assigned by Seniors. 

Job Expectations:

Required excellent commmunication skills

Candidates with Hospitality background will be given preference.
