Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage Key accounts personally and establish long-standing relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, interior contractors in India.
  • Identifying and networking with prospective customers, generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increase sales growth with help of a team.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Overlooking pre-show meetings to communicate trade show events in accordance with objectives and marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing plans for attendees
  • Develop sponsorship opportunities, generating leads, concept selling and analyze results. Provide strategic leadership by suggesting improvements, alternatives and upgrades.
  • Overlooking pre-show meetings to communicate trade show events in accordance with objectives and marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing plans for attendees and exhibitors
  • To lead the area sales team and effectively coordinate, coach, motivate them to bring out the potential of the team members.
  • Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders.
  • Develop & grow a relationship with top commercial brokers in the region to aid in generating opportunities.
  • Forecast monthly/quarterly / annual revenues in coordination with BD/Design/Project teams and ensure they are met.

  • Strong ability to network with market leaders
  • The candidate should have an extensive market study for commercial development; a vision of futuristic anchoring of clients in the design industry in India
  • The marketing experience for sourcing the Interior projects of corporate commercial, IT, malls, banks, will only be preferred
  • Good Knowledge of the real estate Industry
  • The person should have excellent marketing ability and presentation skill
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business and increasing existing business
  • Willingness to travel to potential business markets in the region

  • Excellent commercial understanding and awareness - Strong Negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business and increasing existing business
  • Demonstrated business connections in the Real Estate and Architecture industry in India

 


Minimum Qualification:

Industry : Industry Arch / MBA / Interior Designer

Minimum Job Experience:

10 - 12 Years
