dellagroup.in is operated by Della Group ("Della Group", "we", "us"), Della Tower, Jam-e-Jamshed Road, Parsi Colony, Dadar (E), Mumbai 400014, India. By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and do not require a physical or digital signature.

2. About this website

This is the corporate website of Della Group. It provides general information about the Group, its businesses, its founder Jimmy Mistry, its history, projects, awards, press coverage and career opportunities. It is not a booking, sales or payment website. Bookings, purchases, memberships and property enquiries are handled by each Della business on its own website, under its own terms.

3. Intellectual property

The Della name, the Della Group logo, the names and logos of Della businesses, and all content on this website, including text, photographs, renders, videos, graphics and design, belong to Della Group, its group companies or their licensors, and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, and journalists may quote reasonable extracts with credit to Della Group. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or commercially use content, or use Della trademarks, without our prior written permission. Third-party names and logos, including those of clients and media outlets, belong to their owners and are shown for reference only.

4. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • submit false, misleading or impersonated information, or anyone else's personal data without their permission;
  • upload files containing viruses, malware or any harmful code;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload the website or its systems;

By submitting a form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you. Submitting an enquiry does not create any contract or obligation for either party. Submitting a job application does not guarantee an interview or employment; all offers of employment are made only in writing by the relevant Della company.

Information about Della Townships India on this website, including township names, locations, acreage, gross development value, themes, amenities, images and plans, is provided for general information only, as published by Della Townships India on the date shown. Della Townships are at a pre-launch stage and are progressing through the necessary approvals and clearances. This information:

  • is not an offer, invitation, advertisement or solicitation to buy, book or invest in any property;
  • may change as projects evolve and approvals are received;
  • includes renders and images that are artist's impressions and may not represent the final product.

For official project details, including any RERA registration once issued, please refer to dellatownships.com and the relevant project documentation. Past projects shown in our portfolio are for reference and describe work completed at the time.

7. Figures, awards and press

Figures such as employee numbers, rooms, activities, products and townships, and descriptions of awards, are based on information published by Della Group and its businesses, and may change over time. Press articles are the views of their publishers, and headlines are shown as published.

8. Beware of fraud

Della Group never asks candidates for any payment during recruitment, and does not ask for booking or property payments through this website, by personal email or by messaging apps. Official communication comes from Della email domains such as @dellagroup.in, @dellatownships.com, @dellaresorts.com and @della.in. If you receive a suspicious job offer, payment request or message using the Della name, do not pay or share personal details, and report it to [email protected].

This website links to the websites of Della businesses and to third-party websites, including press articles and social media. Each Della business website is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the website after changes means you accept them.
