Role Summary
The Head of 3D Architectural Visualization & Design will champion the creative direction and technical execution of all high-profile visualization, digital asset creation, and interactive design pipelines. Managing an elite in-house team of 3D artists, animators, and spatial designers, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of master-scale architectural visualization, catering directly to landmark corporate works, elite residential townships, and signature hospitality projects. This is a top-tier executive leadership position requiring flawless creative intuition combined with heavy technical infrastructure expertise.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Vision & Art Direction: Establish high-end visual benchmarks, lighting philosophies, and cinematic art direction tailored specifically to premium luxury aesthetics.
· End-to-End Pipeline Ownership: Command the architectural visualization production environment from initial AutoCAD/Revit schematic imports through final rendering, look development, and post-production.
· Team Leadership & Mentorship: Structure, scale, and mentor a high-performing squad of 3D visualizers, texturing experts, lighting artists, and post-production specialists.

· Next-Gen Interactive Experiences: Champion real-time interactive engines to build VR/AR walkthroughs and real-time immersive presentations for premium client pitches.
· Cross-Functional Synergy: Work directly with the Principal Architects, Master Planners, and Executive Leadership to iterate design choices seamlessly within the digital canvas.
· Resource & Render Farm Management: Manage technical assets, hardware stacks, software licensing schedules, and cloud/local render farm distribution models efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile & Qualifications
· Global Perspective: A mix of solid career milestones in India along with exposure in major international hubs (e.g., Dubai, London, Singapore, New York) handling multi-acre high-density luxury master plans.
· Portfolio Excellence: A verifiable portfolio/showreel demonstrating top-tier execution of photorealistic environments, meticulous lighting setups, organic foliage scattering, and ultra-high-end spatial detailing.
· Leadership Breadth: At least 4-5 years in a core managerial or directorial role overseeing complex architectural visualization production houses or high-level developer in-house design wings.
