Job Title: Plumbing & Mechanical Manager – Luxury Township ,Hospitality and Real Estate Projects
Location: Della Townships, Pune
Working Days: Six days a week

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing & Mechanical Manager to lead end-to-end execution of plumbing and mechanical services for luxury township and villa developments at Della Townships, Pune. The role involves execution, supervision, and coordination of complete water, sewage, drainage, and mechanical utility systems across township infrastructure, villas, amenities, and hospitality facilities. The candidate must have strong experience in large-scale luxury residential or township developments and be capable of managing multidisciplinary site teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing & Mechanical Execution Management
Lead and manage execution of plumbing and mechanical services across township infrastructure, villas, clubhouses, hotels, and amenity areas, ensuring work completion within quality, cost, and timeline parameters.

Water Supply & Distribution Systems
Execute domestic water supply, flushing water lines, irrigation systems, pumping stations, hydro-pneumatic systems, and water storage solutions across township developments.

Sewage, Drainage & Utility Infrastructure
Supervise installation and execution of underground drainage, sewage networks, stormwater systems, and their integration with STP/WTP and township utility planning.

Mechanical Systems Execution
Oversee installation and coordination of mechanical systems including pumping systems, HVAC coordination interfaces, utility equipment, and related infrastructure across township facilities.

Coordination with Design & Execution Teams
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, civil teams, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution aligned with approved drawings and specifications.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure all plumbing and mechanical works comply with approved technical standards, safety regulations, and luxury project quality benchmarks.

Vendor & Contractor Management
Manage contractors and vendors, monitor workmanship, productivity, and ensure timely execution aligned with project schedules.

Material Planning & Procurement Coordination
Support planning, inspection, and approval of plumbing and mechanical materials and equipment to maintain execution continuity.

Site Supervision & Progress Monitoring
Conduct regular site inspections, resolve execution challenges, and track project progress against milestones.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Supervise testing, commissioning, and system handover ensuring operational readiness and performance compliance.

Cost Control & Reporting
Monitor quantities, control wastage, and provide periodic execution and progress reports to project leadership.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

10–15 years of experience in plumbing and mechanical execution, preferably in luxury township, villa, hospitality, or large-scale residential developments.
