Job Title: HVAC Manager – Township & Luxury Residential Projects
Location: Della Townships, Pune
Working Days: Six days a week
Job Type: Full-time, Site-Based Role

Job Summary

Della Townships is seeking an experienced HVAC Manager capable of understanding HVAC design concepts and executing them efficiently on site for large-scale luxury townships, villa developments, and premium residential projects. The role requires end-to-end responsibility from design review to installation and commissioning, ensuring systems meet luxury quality standards, efficiency benchmarks, and project timelines. Strong expertise in VRV/VRF systems execution is essential.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Design Understanding & Execution
Interpret HVAC designs and ensure accurate on-site execution, resolving practical site challenges while maintaining system performance and design intent.

HVAC Project Execution & Site Management
Lead installation and execution of HVAC systems across township and villa developments in line with approved drawings and schedules.

VRV/VRF System Execution
Plan, execute, and supervise installation and commissioning of VRV/VRF systems, ensuring efficiency, zoning accuracy, and performance as per luxury project standards.

Design Review & Coordination
Review HVAC layouts and specifications; coordinate with architects, consultants, and structural teams to avoid clashes and execution delays.

Planning & Interdisciplinary Coordination
Work closely with civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing teams to ensure seamless HVAC integration within project schedules.

Vendor & Contractor Management
Supervise contractors and vendors for quality installation, safety compliance, and timely completion.

Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure installations comply with project specifications, statutory regulations, and luxury project quality expectations.

Testing & Commissioning
Oversee testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems including VRV/VRF systems before handover.

Cost & Material Management
Monitor procurement, control wastage, and ensure timely material availability.

Issue Resolution & Site Troubleshooting
Resolve technical site challenges to maintain project execution timelines.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain execution progress reports, testing records, and commissioning documentation.

Job Expectations:

Skills Required:
• Experence of HVAC execution experience in luxury residential, township, villa, or hospitality projects.
• Hands-on experience in installation and execution of VRV/VRF HVAC systems is mandatory.
• Ability to understand HVAC designs and translate them into site execution.
• Experience in large-scale township or multi-villa developments preferred.
