Job Title: Store Executive – (Residential)

Working Days : 6 days a week

Job Summary

The Store Executive will be responsible for end-to-end management of construction materials for high-end residential and township projects. The role involves material planning, inward–outward control, quantity verification, coordination with site and billing teams, and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure smooth project execution and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the site store for residential construction projects
• Handle receipt, storage, issue, and control of construction materials (civil, finishing, MEP, interiors, etc.)
• Verify quantities as per BOQ, purchase orders, and delivery challans before material inward
• Ensure proper quality and specification checks in coordination with site engineers
• Maintain accurate stock registers, GRNs, issue slips, and material movement records
• Track material consumption and reconcile physical stock with system records
• Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for billing, invoice verification, and GRN approvals
• Assist in preparation of material reconciliation statements and consumption reports
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory
• Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and compliance records
• Ensure safe storage, proper stacking, and adherence to site safety norms
• Coordinate with project, planning, and execution teams for timely material availability

 


Job Expectations:

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of construction materials used in residential and luxury projects
• Hands-on experience in quantity checking, BOQ matching, and material reconciliation
• Understanding of billing processes, invoice matching, and basic commercial terms
• Familiarity with ERP / store management systems and Excel-based reporting
• Good coordination and communication skills with site, vendors, and internal teams
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills

• experience of working as a Store Executive / Store In-Charge in real estate, township, or luxury residential projects
• Experience handling large-scale residential or township projects will be an added advantage


Minimum Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Stores Management, or relevant field preferred

Minimum Job Experience:

3–7 years of experience as a Store Executive / Store In-Charge in real estate, township, or luxury residential projects
