Job Title: Purchase Manager (Interior and Construction)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Purchase professional from a construction background who will be responsible for managing all procurement and purchase activities for construction, luxury interiors  projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of building materials, vendor management, negotiation, and cost control to ensure timely availability of materials at optimum prices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end procurement of luxury interior, construction materials, consumables, and equipment as per project requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors and suppliers for civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure items.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, rate contracts, and comparative statements.
• Coordinate with the project, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement schedules with project timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Track vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all purchase records and agreements.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for project procurement.
• Stay updated with market trends, new materials, and technologies in the construction sector.

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Supply Chain Management (preferred).

Minimum Job Experience:

5–10 years of relevant experience in construction project procurement/purchase.
