Job Title: Head Design & Execution (Luxury Interiors)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Design & Execution Head to lead end-to-end luxury interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with premium/luxury interior brands, and a proven track record in both design conceptualization and on-site execution. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership
• Lead the conceptualization and development of luxury interior design projects (residential, hospitality, and villas).
• Develop design strategies aligned with high-end brand aesthetics and client expectations.
• Review layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
• Ensure design innovation while maintaining functionality and feasibility.

Project Execution
• Oversee end-to-end execution from design finalization to project handover.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with premium quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress against timelines.

Vendor & Material Management
• Work closely with luxury material suppliers and brands (furniture, lighting, finishes).
• Finalize specifications, BOQs, and procurement schedules.
• Ensure quality checks for materials and workmanship.

Team Management
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, site engineers, and coordinators.
• Allocate responsibilities and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination
• Interface with clients for presentations, approvals, and updates.
• Translate client requirements into high-end design solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Expectations:

Key Requirements
• Proven experience with luxury residential projects, villas, or hospitality interiors
• Prior experience working with premium/luxury interior brands is essential
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and other 3D visualization tools
• Strong understanding of working drawings, BOQs, and site execution processes
• Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design

Minimum Job Experience:

8–15 years in luxury interior design & execution
