Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fabrication Head (MS) to lead and manage all mild steel fabrication operations for Della Luxury Products. The role involves overseeing end-to-end fabrication processes, ensuring quality execution, timely delivery, and alignment with luxury design standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage MS fabrication operations including cutting, welding, bending, and assembly.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate implementation of drawings.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, especially for high-end luxury products.
• Manage and supervise fabrication teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and optimize costs.
• Implement and maintain safety standards and compliance on the shop floor.
• Handle procurement coordination for raw materials and fabrication tools.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-ground solutions.
• Maintain documentation related to production, quality checks, and inventory.

Job Expectations:

Key Requirements
• 
• Strong expertise in mild steel fabrication processes (welding, CNC cutting, structural fabrication, finishing).
• Experience working on luxury products / architectural / bespoke fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication designs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of modern fabrication techniques and machinery.
• Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.

• Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or luxury product fabrication.
• Exposure to working with designers/architects for custom fabrication projects.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum Job Experience:

Experience: 8–15 years in MS fabrication, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
