1. Project Estimation & Cost Control
• Lead estimation processes for high-end interior fit-out & Turnkey interior projects.
• Oversee preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Implement cost control measures to ensure profitability.
2. Contracts & Claims:
• Manage contractor claims, adjudication, and verification of subcontractor calculations.
• Review and approve contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
3. Supplier & Procurement Coordination:
• Maintain supplier/subcontractor database and oversee material takeoffs for procurement.
• Collaborate with Production and Purchasing teams for smooth project execution.
4. Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Estimation team to ensure high performance.
• Establish and review Estimation Policies and Procedures.
5. Reporting & Strategic Oversight:
• Provide leadership with insights on cost optimization and project risks.
• Ensure systematic retention of bid documents and technical records.
