About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the overall employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, onboarding, and administrative HR activities while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
• Manage offer rollouts and onboarding coordination
HR Operations
• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases
• Support attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates
• Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/payroll teams
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Organize employee engagement activities and events
• Address employee queries and support grievance handling
• Assist in implementing HR policies and company initiatives
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
Compliance & Policies
• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations
• Support audits and compliance documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information


Job Expectations:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive roles
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum Job Experience:

1–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive roles
