Primary Purpose
To support Manager – Human Resources in designing and execution of effective Human Resources strategy for the Company; additionally support in specific initiatives for organization effectiveness.
Major skills and accountabilities of position (4-6 major accountabilities)
1. Should have experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
2. Should have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.
3. Ability to delegate authority and responsibility.
4. Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with company requirements.
2. Oversee smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.
3. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
4. Resolve employee grievances and conflicts effectively, in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines.
5. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including employee inquiries regarding benefits.
6. Assist in managing payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing / Provide insights and recommendations for compensation strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations / Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures / Maintain HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
8. Assist in preparing regular HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.

1. Reports to Director– HR
2. Interfaces strongly with all department heads and employees

Experience and qualifications required for the job
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Should have minimum of 5-6 years of experience in HR.
