Primary Purpose
To partner with Head – Human Resources in designing and execution of effective Human Resources strategy for the Company; additionally support in specific initiatives for organization effectiveness.
Major Skills and accountabilities of position (4-6 major accountabilities)
1. Should have strong conceptual, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Should have strong systems approach, business perspective and sensitivity to workplace psychology.
3. Should have experience and excellence in initiatives like Man Power Planning, Recruitment, Induction, HRIS, learning and development, rewards & recognition and compensation and benefits.
4. Should have skills to support the Head – HR in implementation of the Performance Management process, monitor progress and ensure timely distribution of payouts. Should able to consolidate organization wide development needs emerging from the PMS process, identify and implement L&D initiatives to achieve enhanced performance.
5. Should have ability to facilitate effective implementation of HRMIS to facilitate streamlining of employee database for organization effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities

4. Ensuring robustness in the HR processes
5. Is responsible for short and long term planning of all the HR related functions like workforce planning, recruitment, staffing strategies, wage and salary administration, associate and labour relations, benefits, workforce training and development.
6. Should Coordinate and oversee all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities, and transport. Controls and inspects employees accommodation, staff canteen, rest rooms etc. ensuring it is of the highest possible standard of cleanliness and comfort
7. Encourages a good standard of employee conduct and behavior and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary.
8. Assist with planning, coordinating and executing employee activities and events, including monthly staff meeting, food festivals, annual party and community services.
9. Provide guidance to the leadership team regarding employee morale, employee relations, coaching, counselling and discipline.
10. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to contribute towards strategic and need based initiatives like C&B Surveys, employee policy designing, organization design and restructuring for ensuring organization effectiveness.
Work relations (context - main interfaces - functional report)
1. Reports directly to Director – HR
2. Interfaces strongly with all department heads and employees

1. Effective HR support to all functions
2. Timely dispatch of PMS formats, analysis and reward disbursement
3. Effective recruitment solutions within the required time frame
4. Implementation of L&D initiatives in the organization.
Experience and qualifications required for the job
Postgraduate qualification in HRM from a reputed institute with minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR.
