Job Summary
Della Group is seeking experienced Butlers from a luxury hospitality or ultra-luxury service background to deliver personalized, discreet, and world-class service to senior leadership, VIP guests, and luxury residences/properties. The role requires high standards of grooming, etiquette, confidentiality, and flexibility to travel.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide personalized butler services to senior management, VIPs, and guests
• Manage daily schedules, travel coordination, and guest requirements
• Handle luxury service standards including fine dining service, table setup, beverage service, and etiquette
• Ensure impeccable upkeep of residences, suites, or assigned areas
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, security, drivers, and other support teams
• Assist during travel, events, meetings, and special occasions
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service
• Manage wardrobe care, packing/unpacking, and personal assistance if required
• Follow SOPs related to luxury service and brand standards
Job Expectations:
Candidate Profile
• Strong knowledge of luxury service etiquette, grooming standards, and fine dining service
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Flexible with working hours and frequent travel
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
• Physically fit and well-groomed
Preferred Background
• Experience with 5-star / ultra-luxury hotels, luxury resorts, or private villas
• Exposure to serving HNI/UHNI clients or senior leadership
• Formal training in hospitality or butler services is an added advantage
Minimum Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or HospitalityMinimum Job Experience:
Minimum 3–8 years of experience as a Butler / Personal Assistant / Guest Relations in luxury hotels, resorts, palaces, private estates, yachts, or UHNW householdsReporting to:
