Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Project Finance will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for township and real estate projects at Della Townships. The role involves close coordination with project planning, execution, procurement, and senior management to ensure financial discipline and project profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare project budgets, cash flow statements, and financial models for township and real estate projects
• Conduct cost forecasting and variance analysis across multiple project phases
• Monitor project-wise expenditures against approved budgets
• Coordinate with project planning, contracts, billing, and site teams for accurate financial data
• Analyze CAPEX and OPEX for large-scale township developments
• Assist in feasibility studies and financial viability analysis for new projects
• Track project funding requirements and working capital planning
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management presentations
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and audit requirements
• Support senior management in decision-making through financial insights
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of real estate / township project finance
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Knowledge of construction cost structures, billing cycles, and work orders
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems
• Ability to interpret project schedules and link them to cash flow planning
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
