Head – Public Relations
Role Overview
The Head – Public Relations & Communications will be the central point of contact (POC) for all external and internal stakeholders, including VVIP guests, investors, clients, media agencies, event partners, and social media teams. This role will work in close coordination with the Managing Director’s office and will be responsible for managing guest relations, media interactions, public image, and communication flow during township launches, events, and ongoing brand initiatives.
The role demands strong leadership, high emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to seamlessly coordinate across departments while representing the organization at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Media Management
• Act as the primary spokesperson and coordination lead for all PR-related activities.
• Manage relationships with media houses, PR agencies, digital media partners, and influencers.
• Coordinate press coverage, media invites, press notes, interviews, and on-ground media handling during launches and events.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across print, digital, and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
VVIP, Guest & Client Handling
• Oversee end-to-end management of VVIP guests, dignitaries, investors, and key clients.
• Plan and coordinate guest itineraries, hospitality, protocols, security coordination, and special requirements.
• Ensure a premium guest experience aligned with luxury township positioning.
• Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Events & Launch Coordination
• Work closely with the Events Head to plan and execute township launches, press events, site visits, investor meets, and brand events.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Be present on-ground for all major events and ensure flawless coordination.
Social Media & Communications Oversight
• Coordinate with social media and marketing teams for event coverage, live updates, content approvals, and post-event visibility.
• Ensure alignment between PR narratives and digital storytelling.
• Review and approve communication drafts, captions, announcements, and official posts related to events and launches.
MD Office Liaison & Internal Coordination
• Act as a single point of contact between the MD and external stakeholders.
• Filter, prioritize, and coordinate communications requiring MD involvement.
• Represent the MD’s office in meetings, discussions, and coordination activities when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
• Develop PR strategies aligned with township launch timelines and brand goals.
• Track media coverage, event impact, and brand visibility.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management on PR activities and outcomes.
