Job Description: Brand Strategist & Collaborations Manager
Role Overview
The Brand Strategist & Collaborations Manager will drive end-to-end brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and high-impact brand partnerships. The role focuses on translating consumer insights into compelling brand narratives, leading cross-functional execution, and building strategic collaborations that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing
• Develop consumer-first brand and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Translate complex briefs into clear strategic frameworks that guide creative and media execution.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, experiential, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to deliver campaigns that balance brand equity and ROI.
• Track performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies to improve engagement and impact.
• Develop, design, and update company profiles, capability statements, and project
presentation decks.
• Prepare tailored client and tender presentations that effectively communicate technical and project expertise.
• Maintain and update the company website to ensure accurate, high-quality, and brand-
consistent content.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, brochures, and visual assets supporting business development and proposal teams.
Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic brand collaborations, influencers, IPs, and cultural partnerships aligned with brand DNA.
• Develop collaboration roadmaps and go-to-market plans informed by consumer insights and market trends.
• Lead end-to-end partnership execution—from ideation and negotiation to launch and post-campaign analysis.
• Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships that drive brand relevance, retention, and satisfaction.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across strategy, creative, and execution.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, strengthening client and partner relationships.
• Streamline workflows and processes to improve efficiency, execution quality, and team effectiveness.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Strong expertise in consumer insights, storytelling, and strategic planning.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience across FMCG, lifestyle, skincare, consumer tech, or entertainment brands preferred.
