Job Title: Team Leader – Security - Female Candidate 

Location: Della Tower, Dadar – Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days a week 

Job Summary:

The Team Leader – Security will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at the corporate office, ensuring safety of employees, guests, assets, and premises. The role involves managing the security team, controlling access, monitoring movements, and maintaining discipline and compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the security staff deployed at the corporate office
• Manage guest entry, visitor registration, and access control
• Monitor staff entry and exit, attendance verification, and ID checks
• Ensure proper inward and outward movement of materials, assets, and deliveries
• Maintain security registers, logs, and daily reports
• Coordinate with admin, facilities, and management for security-related matters
• Handle emergency situations, incidents, and escalations professionally
• Ensure adherence to company security policies and standard operating procedures
• Conduct regular security checks and patrols within the premises
• Train and brief security guards on discipline, grooming, and duty protocols
