Role Overview

Della Townships is seeking a Finance Executive with experience in real estate or township projects to support financial planning, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis across ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparation and analysis of MIS reports for management review.
• Assist in project budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support development and maintenance of financial models for township and real estate projects.
• Monitor project costs, cash flows, and financial performance.
• Assist in evaluation and tracking of project contracts and financial commitments.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for financial data and reporting.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
• Ensure proper documentation and financial control processes across projects.
• Travel to project sites when required for financial reviews and coordination.

Job Expectations:

Required Skills
• Strong experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Good understanding of project finance and cost monitoring.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (MBA Finance/CA Inter preferred).

Minimum Job Experience:

3–6 years of experience in finance roles within real estate or township projects.
