Digital Marketing, Head of Digital (Real Estate)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Head of Digital to build, scale, and own our complete online real estate sales ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving digital revenue through automation, performance marketing, CRM workflows, tele calling teams, bots, and multi-channel campaigns.
The person will lead the strategy and execution of end-to-end digital sales, from lead generation to closure, using technology, data, and teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Sales & Revenue
• Own and grow online sales for real estate projects
• Build a scalable digital sales funnel from lead generation to booking
• Track, analyze, and optimize conversion rates across the funnel
2. Marketing & Campaign Management
• Create, launch, and manage digital campaigns across:
o Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
o Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
o Portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.)
o WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Retargeting
• Allocate and optimize media budgets for maximum ROI
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and messaging
3. Automation & Digital Ecosystem
• Set up and manage CRM and marketing automation
• Build automated workflows for:
o Lead capture
o Lead qualification
o Follow-ups
o Nurturing
o Booking & handover
• Integrate CRM with telecalling systems, bots, WhatsApp, and ad platforms
4. Telecallers & Bots
• Hire, train, and manage telecalling teams
• Set KPIs, scripts, call flows, and performance tracking
• Implement and manage:
o Chatbots
o WhatsApp bots
o AI/IVR calling solutions
• Ensure seamless handoff between bots, telecallers, and sales teams
5. Team & Vendor Management
• Build and lead internal digital teams (performance marketing, CRM, analytics)
• Manage external agencies, tech vendors, and platforms
• Ensure alignment between digital, sales, and on-ground teams
6. Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor dashboards for leads, CPL, CAC, conversions, bookings
• Deliver regular performance reports and insights to leadership
• Use data to drive decisions and scale winning strategies
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, automation tools, and funnels
• Hands-on experience with:
o Google Ads, Meta Ads
o Real estate portals
o WhatsApp & chatbot automation
• Experience building and managing telecalling teams
• Strong analytical, leadership, and execution skills
