Role Overview

Della Townships is looking for an experienced Head of Sales – Offline Sales to lead pan-India sales operations for luxury township and luxury Real Estate projects through strictly offline channels. The role demands a strong leader capable of driving on-ground sales, managing large sales teams, and expanding channel partner networks nationwide.

This position is purely focused on offline sales, including direct client engagement, broker and channel partner development, and promotional roadshows. No online sales or CRM responsibilities are part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Pan-India Offline Sales Leadership

Lead and drive offline sales operations for luxury township projects across India.

Sales Team Management

Manage, mentor, and drive performance of a 10–25 member sales team to consistently achieve business targets.

Channel Partner Development & Relationship Management

  • Identify, appoint, and expand strong channel partner and broker networks across key Indian markets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure sustained sales growth.

Client Acquisition & Direct Sales

Engage directly with HNI clients, investors, and buyers through presentations and meetings to drive sales closures.

Roadshows & Promotional Activities

Plan and conduct city-wise roadshows, broker meets, and on-ground promotional campaigns to generate leads and conversions.

Market Expansion Strategy

Develop and execute regional sales expansion strategies to penetrate new and emerging markets.

Sales Performance Monitoring

Track sales pipeline, team performance, and conversion metrics to ensure revenue targets are achieved.

Cross-Department Coordination

Collaborate with marketing, project, and management teams to ensure smooth sales execution and project positioning.

Travel & Market Engagement

Travel extensively across India to support regional teams, engage partners, and strengthen market presence.

 


Job Expectations:

Candidate Profile
• Experience in offline real estate sales leadership, preferably with top real estate developers in India.
• Proven ability to manage multi-city sales operations and teams.
• Strong channel partner and broker network across India.
• Successful track record in closing high-value real estate sales.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Minimum Qualification:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is generally required. or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a PGDM (specifically in Marketing or Sales) is highly preferred.

Minimum Job Experience:

12–18 years of experience in real estate sales and Minimum 5+ years in leadership roles handling large teams.
