Job Title: Site Supervisor – Real Estate (Site Based)

Role Overview
Della Townships is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor from a real estate or luxury real estate background to manage and supervise on-site construction activities for township developments in Pune. The role requires strong execution capabilities, workforce coordination, and commitment to maintaining premium construction and finishing standards aligned with luxury developments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution Supervision
Oversee day-to-day construction activities ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and defined timelines.
2. Contractor & Workforce Management
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain productivity, discipline, and adherence to quality standards.
3. Quality Control & Finishing Standards
Ensure work quality and finishing meet luxury township and premium residential project standards.
4. Project Progress Monitoring
Track daily progress, identify execution delays, and coordinate with teams to ensure project timelines are achieved.
5. Coordination with Consultants & Engineers
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project management teams to resolve site execution issues efficiently.
6. Material Monitoring & Usage Control
Monitor material availability and consumption while minimizing wastage and ensuring efficient usage at site.

7. Safety & Compliance Enforcement
Maintain strict adherence to safety norms, statutory requirements, and overall site discipline.
8. Site Inspection & Issue Resolution
Conduct routine site inspections to identify challenges and ensure timely resolution of execution issues.
9. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site progress reports, records, and documentation required by management and project teams.
10. Drawing & Specification Compliance
Ensure all site activities strictly comply with approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Qualifications & Experience
•Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
•5–10 years of experience in real estate or luxury township projects.
•Experience supervising residential or township construction projects preferred.
•Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate execution.
•Strong on-site problem-solving and coordination skills.
