Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT) with 3+ years of hands-on hiring experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury design, construction, or real estate. The role will be responsible for hiring niche and high-impact talent supporting luxury interior design and execution projects for premium hotels, high-end residences, and corporate spaces.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding. This role requires strong market knowledge, the ability to hire for specialized profiles, and the capability to build sustainable talent pipelines for future requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1) End-to-End Talent Acquisition
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned mandates: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Ensure timely closure of roles with high quality of hire and positive candidate experience.
2) Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping
• Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, vendor partners, and industry networks.
• Conduct talent mapping for niche roles and develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
3) Job Posting & Candidate Evaluation
• Create and publish accurate, attractive job descriptions aligned with hiring requirements.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role competency, project experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct telephonic/video screening interviews and share structured evaluation feedback with hiring teams.
4) Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration
• Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce plans, role expectations, project requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Drive alignment on selection criteria, interview process, and hiring decisions.
5) Interview Coordination & Candidate Management
• Schedule interviews and coordinate smoothly across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process and ensure a professional hiring journey.

6) Offer Management & Onboarding
• Lead the offer negotiation process including compensation discussions, joining timelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding formalities and ensure smooth joining experience.
7) Market Intelligence & Benchmarking
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor hiring patterns, and salary benchmarks relevant to non-IT hiring.
• Share hiring insights and recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency and decision-making.
8) Recruitment Reporting & Metrics
• Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards.
• Track key TA metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline strength, offer-to-join ratio, and candidate quality.
• Prepare regular hiring reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders.

 


Job Expectations:

• Prior hiring exposure in hospitality, luxury interior design, construction, real estate, or architecture is preferred.

• Proven experience in hiring niche roles such as Project Managers, Designers, QS, and execution profiles.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
o Sourcing & pipeline building
o Screening and interviewing
o Stakeholder management
o Offer negotiation & joining closure

• Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to close niche profiles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple mandates.
• Strong coordination, follow-ups, and execution focus.
• Proficiency in Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Good knowledge of ATS, recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
• High attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Experience hiring for luxury hospitality projects and premium interior execution teams.
• Exposure to hiring from global/metro talent pools and managing relocation candidates.
• HR qualification (MBA/PG in HR) is an added advantage.

 


Minimum Qualification:

Batchelor’s in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related discipline

Minimum Job Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (Non-IT hiring).
