Role Overview

Della Townships is seeking a highly polished and service-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to manage and oversee hospitality services at the Corporate Office in Dadar. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional dining and hospitality experiences for VVIP guests, leadership teams, senior management, investors, and visiting dignitaries.

The ideal candidate will bring luxury hospitality experience, impeccable grooming standards, and the ability to handle high-profile guests with discretion, sophistication, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Guest Experience
• Oversee end-to-end hospitality services for VVIP guests and senior management at the corporate office.
• Ensure five-star service standards for executive meetings, boardroom dining, and corporate engagements.
• Curate personalized food and beverage experiences based on guest preferences, cultural sensitivities, and dietary requirements.
• Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality while handling high-profile guests.

Operations Management
• Supervise daily operations of the corporate dining and hospitality area.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams, internal staff, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor food quality, presentation standards, and service etiquette aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and corporate standards.

Executive & Event Coordination
• Manage hospitality arrangements for board meetings, investor presentations, and senior leadership gatherings.
• Plan and execute premium service setups for corporate events and internal celebrations.
• Support off-site executive events or special engagements as required.

Team Supervision & Training
• Lead and mentor stewards and service staff to maintain luxury service standards.
• Conduct service briefings and ensure grooming and etiquette protocols are strictly followed.
• Maintain inventory control of premium crockery, cutlery, beverages, and service equipment.

Travel Requirement
• Travel may be required to other company locations or event venues based on management or business requirements.

 


Job Expectations:

Candidate Profile
• 5–8 years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or corporate hospitality management.
• Prior experience handling VVIP guests, senior management, or private dining setups.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, fine dining etiquette, and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills and professional grooming.
• High level of discretion, reliability, and service orientation.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during important corporate events.


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts
