Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accounts Executive with strong experience in TDS, GST, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Taxation (TDS & GST)
• Prepare and file TDS returns, ensure timely deductions and payments.
• Manage GST compliance, including GST returns, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Maintain records of Input Tax Credit (ITC) and assist in resolving GST-related queries.

2. Accounts Payable (AP)
• Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain vendor accounts, track outstanding dues, and handle payment follow-ups.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare customer invoices, maintain receivable statements, and follow up for payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and monitor ageing reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team for billing accuracy and collection updates.

4. General Accounting
• Assist in daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
• Support month-end closing activities, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

5. Compliance & Coordination
• Ensure adherence to statutory accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Provide timely reports to the Accounts Manager/Finance Head.

Job Expectations:

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, AP & AR processes.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Accounting Software.
• Good understanding of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
