Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admin Manager experience in corporate facility administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end administrative and facility operations of the corporate office, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, compliance, vendor management, and a high standard of workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1 Corporate Office Administration
•Oversee complete administration of the corporate office.
•Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, and facilities.
•Maintain high standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and workplace environment.
•Supervise housekeeping, security, and office support staff.

2 Facility & Vendor Management
•Manage AMC contracts for office equipment (AC, elevators, DG sets, coffee machines, water purifier etc.).
•Coordinate with facility vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement.
•Negotiate contracts and ensure cost control and budget adherence.
•Monitor performance of external vendors and service providers.

3. Compliance & Safety
•Ensure statutory compliance related to office administration and facility management.
•Maintain fire safety systems, emergency procedures, and office security protocols.
•Conduct regular audits and inspections of the premises.

4 Asset & Inventory Management
•Maintain office asset records and inventory control.
•Oversee procurement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
•Ensure proper documentation and tracking of company assets.

5 Budgeting & Cost Control
•Prepare and manage admin budgets.
•Monitor expenses and implement cost optimization initiatives.
•Process vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for timely payments.

6 Employee Support & Coordination
•Provide administrative support to management and departments.
•Manage travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and guest coordination if required.
•Handle office space planning and seating arrangements.


Job Expectations:

Candidate Profile:
• experience in corporate administration/facility management.
•Prior experience in managing corporate office facilities is mandatory.
•Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
•Good knowledge of statutory compliance and safety standards.
•Strong leadership skills with experience managing support staff.
•Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
•Good communication and coordination skills.


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management

Minimum Job Experience:

6–8 years
