Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing vision for Della Townships in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in luxury township / ultra-premium real estate marketing, with a proven ability to build aspiration-driven brands, generate high-value leads, and drive revenue through integrated, high-impact campaigns.
This role requires hands-on leadership, strong luxury sensibility, deep understanding of HNI/UHNI audiences, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand & Positioning
Define and elevate Della Townships as an iconic luxury lifestyle destination.
Build a compelling brand narrative aligned with experiential luxury and design excellence.
Develop differentiated positioning versus competing luxury developments in Mumbai and India.
2. Launch & Sales Marketing
Lead go-to-market strategies for new launches and inventory releases.
Drive pre-launch buzz, investor engagement, and sustained absorption campaigns.
Partner closely with Sales to ensure strong lead-to-conversion ratios.
Develop sales galleries, experience centers, and immersive brand environments.
3. Luxury Consumer & HNI Marketing
Design targeted campaigns for HNIs, UHNIs, entrepreneurs, celebrities, and global investors.
Lead private previews, curated events, and high-touch relationship marketing.
Build strategic alliances with luxury brands, concierge networks, and premium institutions.
4. Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead high-performance digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, luxury portals, and programmatic platforms.
Oversee CRM automation, analytics dashboards, and customer journey mapping.
Optimize ROI and cost per acquisition through data-driven insights.
5. PR, Media & Thought Leadership
Drive national and international PR strategy.
Position Della leadership as visionaries in experiential luxury townships.
Manage media relations, influencer collaborations, and luxury publications.
6. Product & Market Intelligence
Conduct competitive benchmarking of luxury developments in Mumbai and key Indian metros.
Provide strategic inputs on pricing, product mix, amenities, and buyer segmentation.
Align marketing strategy with evolving luxury lifestyle trends.
7. Budget & Team Management
Own and manage the annual marketing budget with ROI accountability.
Build and lead a high-performance in-house marketing team.
Manage agencies across creative, digital, media buying, PR, and production.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
15+ years of experience in luxury real estate or township marketing.
Proven track record of marketing high-ticket residential projects (₹5 Cr+ category preferred).
Strong network within Mumbai’s luxury ecosystem.
Experience targeting NRIs and global investor markets is highly desirable.
