Job Title: Manager - Learning & Development (L&D)

Role Overview

The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization-wide learning strategy. The role focuses on structured onboarding, induction programs, SOP-driven departmental training, and training needs analysis to build a high-performance workforce aligned with Della’s luxury brand standards.

This role requires a strong HR background with hands-on experience in corporate training, real estate, hospitality, or township development environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement annual L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments.
• Create competency frameworks for different roles.
• Design training calendars and budget planning.

2. Onboarding & Induction
• Design and conduct structured induction programs for new joiners.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience aligned with company culture.
• Develop onboarding kits, welcome modules, and orientation decks.
• Coordinate with department heads for role-based induction training.

3. SOP Development & Implementation
• Develop and standardize departmental SOPs in coordination with HODs.
• Ensure all training modules are aligned with SOPs.
• Conduct refresher training on SOP compliance.
• Maintain training documentation and compliance records.

4. Departmental & Functional Training
• Design and deliver behavioral, technical, and functional training programs.
• Conduct soft skills training (communication, leadership, grooming, client handling).
• Train teams on customer experience and luxury service standards.
• Identify internal trainers and develop Train-the-Trainer programs.

5. Performance & Skill Development
• Support performance management through capability building initiatives.
• Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Facilitate leadership development programs for mid and senior management.
• Monitor post-training effectiveness through feedback and KPIs.

6. Learning Culture & Engagement
• Build a continuous learning culture within the organization.
• Introduce e-learning modules and blended learning methods.
• Organize workshops, guest sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.

 


Job Expectations:

Skills Required:
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, township development, or luxury brand organizations preferred.
• Strong expertise in onboarding frameworks and SOP implementation.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical skills for training need identification.

Minimum Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.

Minimum Job Experience:

6–10+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
