About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Front Desk & Admin Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage front office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination ability, and a professional demeanor to represent the organization at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
• Manage reception area and handle incoming visitors professionally
• Greet guests, clients, and vendors in a courteous manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
• Maintain visitor logs and coordinate meeting room bookings
Travel & Coordination
• Manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport)
• Coordinate travel itineraries and schedules
• Liaise with travel vendors and agencies
Calendar & Meeting Management
• Manage calendars of senior management
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Coordinate internal and external meetings
• Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments, and required materials
Administrative Support
• Handle courier management and dispatch coordination
• Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
• Support documentation, filing, and record management
• Assist HR/Admin team with onboarding logistics and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Candidate Profile
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Presentable personality with professional etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
