About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in color grading and visual storytelling to support branding and marketing initiatives for Della Townships. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for real estate marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design high-impact visual creatives for digital, print, social media, outdoor campaigns, and real estate marketing materials.
• Perform professional color grading and color correction for marketing visuals, renders, photographs, and promotional videos.
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines across all marketing assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and video teams to create compelling campaign visuals.
• Design assets such as brochures, pitch decks, social media creatives, website graphics, banners, and advertisements.
• Work on visual enhancement of architectural renders and real estate photography using advanced color grading techniques.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and color grading styles used in premium real estate marketing.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure quality control for design outputs.

Required Skills
• Strong expertise in color grading, color correction, and visual enhancement.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Lightroom, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve for color grading is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Experience working with luxury brands, hospitality, or real estate marketing preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Job Expectations:

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional design experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or luxury brands.

Preferred Profile
• Experience working on luxury real estate campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing colour  grading work and premium design aesthetics.
• Ability to translate architectural concepts into powerful visual narratives.
