About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Induction & Training to design and deliver structured onboarding and training programs across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience working with reputed brands and should be capable of conducting induction and leadership-level training programs for senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Induction & Onboarding Programs
• Design and conduct comprehensive induction programs for new joiners, including senior leadership hires.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience aligned with the company’s culture, values, and operational standards.
• Develop structured induction modules covering company overview, policies, brand philosophy, and departmental functions.

2. Training & Development
• Deliver training programs across all employee levels, including management and leadership teams.
• Develop specialized training content focusing on luxury service standards, customer experience, and brand excellence.
• Identify training needs across departments and implement effective learning initiatives.

3. Training Content & Program Design
• Create training modules, SOP-based learning materials, and learning frameworks for different roles.
• Develop leadership and behavioral training programs for senior executives.
• Ensure training content aligns with the company’s luxury brand positioning.

4. Learning Strategy & Implementation
• Build and implement annual training calendars and development plans.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
• Introduce innovative learning techniques including workshops, experiential learning, and digital training tools.

5. Stakeholder Coordination
• Work closely with department heads to understand capability gaps and implement targeted training interventions.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align training initiatives with business goals.

• Strong experience in conducting induction programs for senior hires and leadership teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design structured training frameworks and leadership programs.

• Exposure to corporate training, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives.
• Prior experience in fast-paced organizations.


Minimum Qualification:

Experience: 8–12 years in Learning & Development / Training / Induction roles.

Minimum Job Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business, alongside certifications in management
