Job Summary

Della Townships is seeking a dynamic HR Executive with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition (60%) and HR Generalist responsibilities (40%). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment while also supporting core HR operations such as onboarding, employee documentation, and HR coordination. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (60%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Ensure a quick turnaround time for closing positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in building talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

HR Generalist (40%)
• Support employee onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
• Coordinate joining formalities, induction schedules, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
• Assist in HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and HR coordination activities.
• Provide support to senior HR leadership in day-to-day HR operations.
• Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

 


Job Expectations:

Key Requirements
• Experience working in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage recruitment targets effectively.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation processes.

Preferred Background
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, township projects, or luxury brands will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum Job Experience:

2–6 years in HR with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition.
