Job Summary
Della Townships is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR (Generalist) who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong experience in employee lifecycle management, onboarding and inductions, HR operations, policy implementation, employee engagement, and HR compliance, especially while handling large volumes of new joiners.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, processes, and SOPs across departments.
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRMIS systems.
2. Onboarding & Induction
• Handle large-scale onboarding and induction programs for new joiners.
• Design and execute structured induction programs to integrate employees effectively.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees.
4. HR Compliance & Policies
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Implement HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and best HR practices.
• Regularly review and update HR policies in line with organizational needs.
5. Performance Management
• Support and implement performance management systems and appraisal cycles.
• Work closely with department heads to track performance and development plans.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics related to headcount, attrition, onboarding, and engagement.
• Provide insights to leadership for better workforce planning.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in handling a high volume of joiners and managing large teams/workforce.
• Strong exposure to HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic organizations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury brands, or large project-based organizations will be an added advantage.
