Job Summary

Della Townships is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring across multiple functions, managing aggressive hiring targets, and building high-quality talent pipelines for luxury real estate and township development projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Manage target-based hiring mandates across multiple departments such as architecture, design, engineering, corporate functions, hospitality, and operations.
• Work closely with business leaders and department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet aggressive hiring timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
• Drive recruitment for mid to senior level leadership roles.
• Ensure a strong employer branding strategy to attract high-quality talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and recruitment procedures.

 


Job Expectations:

Key Requirements
• Proven experience working in a target-driven and high-pressure hiring environment.
• Experience in Real Estate, Luxury Hospitality, Construction, or Luxury Brands will be preferred.
• Strong expertise in headhunting, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business,

Minimum Job Experience:

8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
