About the Role
Della Townships is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Human Resources to lead the overall HR strategy and operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with luxury brands, high-end hospitality, real estate, or premium lifestyle companies, bringing strong expertise in building high-performance teams, organizational culture, and strategic HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team to drive organizational growth and transformation.
• Build and strengthen HR systems, policies, and processes suitable for a luxury brand ecosystem.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Lead recruitment strategy for senior and critical roles across architecture, design, development, hospitality, and corporate functions.
• Attract top talent from luxury brands, international consultants, and premium organizations.
• Enhance employer branding to position Della Townships as a preferred employer.
Talent Management & Leadership Development
• Design leadership development, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.
• Identify high-potential talent and implement career progression programs.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Learning & Development
• Oversee training, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives across departments.
• Establish structured learning programs aligned with business growth and luxury service standards.
Compensation & Benefits
• Design competitive compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks and luxury sector standards.
• Implement performance-linked incentive plans and reward frameworks.
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, organizational culture, and retention.
• Promote a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and HR governance.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, policies, employee relations, and HRIS implementation.
Key Requirements
• Experience working with luxury brands, high-end hospitality, luxury real estate, or premium lifestyle companies is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in building HR frameworks, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
• Exposure to working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compensation frameworks.
