Job Summary:
Della Townships is looking for a dynamic and well-presented Front Desk Executive to manage reception and front office operations at the corporate office in Dadar. The role requires excellent coordination abilities, strong administrative skills, and good communication skills to ensure a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, employees, and business associates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
• Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls to the relevant departments in a timely and courteous manner.
• Greet and assist visitors and guests, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain the visitor log and coordinate guest entries as per office protocols.
• Book and manage meeting rooms, ensuring proper scheduling and readiness for meetings.
• Handle travel arrangements including flight/train bookings, hotel reservations, and local transportation when required.
• Manage and track office stationery and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and administrative requirements.
• Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
• Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are well-maintained and presentable at all times.

 


Job Expectations:

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors and internal teams.
• Well-groomed personality with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic office coordination tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment


Minimum Qualification:

high school diploma or equivalent, with many employers preferring a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business

Minimum Job Experience:

2-5 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles
