Job Summary:
Della Townships is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations at the corporate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for desktop and laptop troubleshooting, software installations, user account management, and maintaining the overall IT infrastructure. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide desktop and laptop troubleshooting support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and antivirus software across company systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across organizational systems.
• Configure and support Office 365 environment, including email setup and synchronization on Android and iOS mobile devices.
• Handle printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across the office.
• Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and network connectivity.
• Maintain and update IT asset and inventory records, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software licenses.
• Provide prompt technical support and ensure minimal downtime for employees.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and service support when required.
• Ensure systems are updated with the latest security patches, antivirus definitions, and software updates.
• Travel to other company locations when required to provide IT support.

Job Expectations:

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365 administration, mobile device configuration (Android & iOS), and antivirus management.
• Experience with printer setup, network troubleshooting, and IT asset management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum Job Experience:

2–4 years of experience in IT support, desktop administration, or similar role.
