Primary Purpose
To receive and give a warm welcome to all guests, always providing an efficient and courteous approach to them.
Major skills and accountabilities of position (2-3 major accountabilities)
1. Should be proficiency in MS Office, able to navigate through Company systems, Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.
2. Maintain excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
3. A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
2. Be always available for guests as a point of contact.
3. Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery.
4. Extend personal service and attention to all guests, with particular emphasis to VIP Guests.
5. Ensure that the rooming of all guests is according to the organization standards.
6. Escort guests for Check-In.
7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries.
8. Deal promptly, efficiently, and pleasantly with any queries.
9. Establish, promote, and maintain good public relations and enhances sales for the hotel at every opportunity.
10. Any other job as assigned from time to time.
Experience and qualifications required for the job : Should be a Hotel Management Graduate or equivalent. Experience in hotel, leisure with experience of 1-3 years.
