Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in real estate and construction projects, preferably within luxury or township developments. The candidate will be responsible for executing projects on-site, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day site execution activities for construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Track material requirements, manage inventory, and coordinate procurement.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams for approvals, billing, and project planning.
• Support in cost control and value engineering initiatives.

Job Expectations:

Key Requirements
• Experience in luxury residential projects or township developments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools (MS Project preferred).
• Good understanding of site safety norms and quality control processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across project sites as required.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
