Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Design Coordinator with experience in real estate township or luxury residential projects. The role involves coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design activities, ensuring integration with architectural and structural designs while maintaining quality, timelines, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate MEP design with architectural, structural, and interior teams for seamless project execution
• Review and validate MEP drawings, layouts, schematics, and BOQs
• Ensure clash-free designs through coordination meetings and design reviews
• Work closely with consultants and contractors to finalize design specifications and material selections
• Monitor compliance with local codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support project teams during design development, tendering, and execution stages
• Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with approved MEP designs
• Identify design discrepancies and propose effective technical solutions
• Maintain documentation, approvals, and revisions related to MEP designs
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality

Job Expectations:

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Navisworks (for clash detection)
• Good understanding of MEP coordination in large-scale township developments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadliness

• Experience in real estate developers, township projects, or luxury residential developments is mandatory

Preferred Profile:
• Candidates with exposure to large-scale township or mixed-use luxury developments
• Experience in end-to-end MEP design lifecycle (concept to execution)
• Familiarity with green building standards (LEED/IGBC) is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (or relevant field)

Minimum Job Experience:

5–10 years of experience in MEP design coordination
