Job Title: Architect / Senior Architect – (Horizontal Development, Luxury Townships)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with hands-on experience in horizontal development and luxury township projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and prior experience working on large-scale developments such as villa communities, plotted developments, and integrated townships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop master plans and layouts for horizontal developments including villas, plotted schemes, and township infrastructure
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams including planning, MEP, landscape, and project execution teams
• Ensure compliance with local development control regulations (DCR), NBC, and statutory approvals
• Work closely with consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of design outputs
• Conduct site visits and provide design support during project execution
• Assist in creating presentation drawings, 3D views, and design concepts for client and internal reviews
• Maintain quality standards aligned with luxury project benchmarks

Job Expectations:

Required Skills & Expertise:
• Strong experience in horizontal development / township planning
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• V-Ray / Lumion or other 3D visualization tools
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Sound knowledge of construction detailing and materials used in luxury projects
• Understanding of infrastructure planning (roads, utilities, zoning within townships)
• Good coordination and communication skills

• Preference for candidates from reputed institutes such as SPA / CEPT / IITs
• Registration with Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience working on luxury townships or villa developments
• Exposure to large-scale horizontal planning projects
• Strong design aesthetics with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
