Job Role Overview:

As a Furniture Designer, you will be responsible for ideating, designing, and developing high-end, custom furniture pieces. You will work closely with our in-house design and production teams, ensuring each creation reflects Della’s unmatched quality, innovation, and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and design premium furniture pieces aligned with the Della Luxury brand ethos.
• Create detailed sketches, 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with product development, interior design, and production teams for end-to-end design execution.
• Recommend and finalize top-quality materials, finishes, and hardware suitable for ultra-luxury designs.
• Supervise prototypes and production at our facilities in Lonavala.
• Innovate based on design trends, global luxury markets, and client preferences.
• Handle bespoke and client-specific design projects with creativity and precision.
• Present design concepts and mood boards to internal teams and clients.

Job Expectations:

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of furniture construction, ergonomics, joinery, and luxury materials.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, SolidWorks, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, proportions, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be willing to travel frequently to Lonavala for site and production visits.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Furniture Design / Product Design / Interior Design.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in luxury or bespoke furniture design.
