We are seeking a visually driven and platform-savvy Social Media Manager to handle YouTube and Pinterest, focusing on long-form storytelling and visual discovery. This role is key in showcasing our township concepts through engaging video and curated visual boards.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute YouTube content strategy (long-form videos, shorts, walkthroughs, storytelling)
• Manage Pinterest boards showcasing township themes, architecture, lifestyle inspiration
• Collaborate with video editors and designers for high-quality content
• Optimize content using SEO (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails)
• Plan shoots and coordinate on-site content creation
• Analyse performance metrics and optimize strategies
• Build brand presence through visual storytelling

Requirements
