Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Social Media Head to lead Della Townships’ digital narrative, bringing alive the brand’s core philosophy of Salutogenic Living through compelling storytelling, high-impact content, and measurable growth. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury audiences, wellness-driven lifestyles, and platform dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Brand Narrative
• Own and drive the social media strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn, embedding the concept of Salutogenic Living into all communication.
• Translate Della’s offerings luxury villas, hospitality, adventure, and wellness into a cohesive and aspirational digital narrative.
• Manage large-scale accounts, with experience handling 1M+ followers (directly or via agency).

2. Growth & Performance
• Demonstrate proven ability to deliver 50K–1L+ follower growth through organic and strategic initiatives.
• Build campaigns that not only drive engagement but also reinforce wellness, balance, and elevated living.
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares).

3. Content Strategy with a Wellness Lens
• Ideate and execute content that reflects well-being, mindful luxury, and experiential living.
• Build content pillars around nature, design, community, experiences, and holistic wellness.
• Maintain a premium, calming, and aspirational visual and narrative aesthetic.

4. Writing & Storytelling Excellence
• Craft meaningful and engaging captions, hooks, reel scripts, and long-form storytelling rooted in wellness and luxury.
• Simplify and communicate the concept of Salutogenic Living in a relatable, inspiring way.
• Stay ahead of trends while ensuring content depth and brand alignment.


Job Expectations:

5. Platform Expertise
• Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms (Reels, reach, engagement optimization).
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn storytelling, especially around thought leadership, design philosophy, and wellness-driven living.
• Leverage platform-specific formats to amplify brand reach and impact.

6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead a team of 10+ members including content creators, designers, and editors.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, architecture, and hospitality teams to bring real experiences to digital.
• Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and messaging across all platforms.

7. Experience & Execution
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content leadership.
• Ability to independently drive strategy, ideation, and execution.
• Prior experience in luxury, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
