Role Overview
We are looking for a highly performance-driven Lead Generation Head to drive high-quality inbound and outbound leads across Della’s verticals—luxury villas, hospitality, weddings, corporate events, and experiences. This role requires a sharp understanding of premium audiences, digital funnels, and conversion strategies, with a strong focus on quality over volume.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation Strategy & Ownership
• Own the end-to-end lead generation strategy across digital and offline channels.
• Build scalable funnels aligned with Della’s luxury positioning and Salutogenic Living philosophy.
• Identify and unlock new acquisition channels for high-intent, premium audiences.
2. Performance Marketing & Funnel Optimization
• Lead paid marketing efforts across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost per Lead), conversion rates, and ROI.
• Design and continuously refine full-funnel journeys—from awareness to conversion.
3. Multi-Vertical Lead Management
• Drive lead generation across key business verticals:
• Luxury real estate (villas & townships)
• Hospitality & stays
• Weddings & social events
• Corporate offsites & MICE
• Adventure & experiential offerings
• Customize strategies for each segment while maintaining a unified premium brand narrative.
4. Data, Analytics & Reporting
• Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics: CPL, CAC, conversion rate, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
• Build dashboards and provide regular performance insights to leadership.
• Use data to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and channel efficiency.
5. CRM & Lead Nurturing
• Oversee CRM systems and ensure seamless lead capture, tracking, and nurturing.
• Build automated workflows, remarketing strategies, and drip campaigns.
• Work closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-conversion ratios.
6. Content & Messaging Alignment
• Collaborate with content and social media teams to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages.
• Ensure messaging reflects luxury, aspiration, and well-being (Salutogenic Living).
• Continuously test creatives, hooks, and offers for performance improvement.
7. Partnerships & Alliances
• Identify and build strategic partnerships to drive high-value leads (luxury networks, HNIs, event planners, corporates).
• Explore collaborations with platforms and agencies for premium audience acquisition.
8. Team Leadership & Execution
• Lead and manage a team across performance marketing, CRM, and analytics.
• Set clear KPIs, drive accountability, and ensure execution excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, hospitality).
9. Experience Requirements
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or growth roles.
• Proven track record of driving high-quality leads and revenue impact, especially in premium/luxury segments.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
