Job Description: MEP Head – Della Townships

Working Days: 6 days a week
Location: Dadar

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Head to lead design coordination and end-to-end execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services for a large-scale luxury township development. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to integrate MEP systems seamlessly with overall project design and construction execution.

Key Responsibilities

MEP Design Coordination
* Lead coordination between consultants, architects, structural teams, and contractors for MEP designs.
* Ensure all MEP designs are optimized, coordinated, and aligned with luxury township standards.
* Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for constructability and efficiency.

Execution & Site Leadership
* Oversee complete on-site MEP execution across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use township components.
* Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
* Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems.

Project Planning & Monitoring
* Develop execution strategies, project schedules, and resource plans for MEP works.
* Track site progress, resolve execution challenges, and maintain project timelines.

Vendor & Contractor Management
* Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure performance, safety, and quality compliance.
* Review contractor bills, variations, and technical submissions.

Quality & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory approvals, and quality standards.
* Implement quality control and inspection processes for all MEP works.

Cost & Value Engineering
* Drive cost optimization through value engineering without compromising project quality.
* Support procurement and budget control activities.

Job Expectations:

Candidate Profile

* Proven experience in luxury township, large residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
* Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire fighting, water management, and utility infrastructure.
* Experience in handling large project teams and multiple contractors.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

* Experience in large integrated township or luxury real estate developments.
* Exposure to sustainable and smart building systems is an advantage.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum Job Experience:

12–18+ years of experience in MEP design coordination and execution.
